Police arrest Ngwu Samuel Ebezimakor, 26, wey reportedly confess say na him dey produce and import the fake engine oil from China before distributing am across Nigeria.
Raids for Imo, Enugu, Kano, Lagos and Ogun states lead to the recovery of the products.
Standards Organisation of Nigeria confirm say the recovered oil no meet Nigerian Industrial Standards.
Fayoade say police go continue to fight product adulteration and economic crimes, while investigation still dey go on.
He also urges the public to report suspicious activities to security agencies.
