E announce im resignation on Monday for statement wey e post for im official Facebook page, confirm say e don comot from Kano State Executive Council.
Kwankwaso thank Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for the chance wey e give am to serve, talk say the decision no easy at all.
E say, “Na with heavy heart I dey announce say I don resign as Honourable Commissioner for Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and member of Kano State Executive Council.”
E still thank the governor for the trust wey e put for am, and say the time wey e spend for office give am plenty experience and lessons as e serve people of Kano State.
Kwankwaso also talk say e hope say youth and sports sector go still dey get attention under the present government, and stress say government need to continue invest well for youth empowerment and sports development.

This resignation come as political arrangement still dey change for Kano State after Governor Yusuf recently comot from NNPP.
