Dem tok say If you wan do courses like Crop Science, Animal Science, or Agric Economics, you don "escape" UTME. But If na Agricultural Engineering you wan do, you go still need to carry your pen and paper go exam hall because you must still write UTME!
JAMB talk say this new level go simplify the admission process since these courses usually get low cut-off marks anyway. Now, candidates fit just use "Direct Entry" style or follow their school own screening process enter.
This new rule don start for this 2026 admission cycle. Although JAMB never fully explain all the "how-to," e clear say you still need your O’Level results (WAEC/NECO) and the school you choose fit still do their own screening.
