Ahoada Zonal Hospital Don Get Light And Water Wahala

E no reach eight months wey  Governor Siminalayi Fubara comision d Ahoada Zonal Hospita, the hospita don dey face serious wahala with light and water.

Our correspondent wey visit the hospital see say light no dey when e reach there. D solar panels wey dem put for the hospital too no seem to dey give enough light.

Water na another big wahala. Pipu for the hospital talk say dem dey go outside go fetch water or use the well wey dey inside the hospital.

Some health workers wey yarn also chook mouth for dis matter to talk their mind for wetin dey happen for the surgery department.

Dem claim say the hospital no get enough equipment wey Dem suppose use kill germs for surgery tools, so workers dey use hand method to clean them, wey dem say no too good for patients.

The workers, wey say na about six doctors dey the hospital, talk say sometimes water no dey, so doctors and nurses dey use well water wash before and after surgery.

Dem dey also claim say sometimes dem dey use their phone do torchlight and daylight wey dey enter through open windows to see wetin Dem dey do during surgery.

Some patients wey our correspondent meet talk say the hospital service dey okay, but dem say government still gats improve the light and water supply.

But Rivers State Hospitals Management Board don talk say the matter no be like that, say the hospital get light and water wey dem fit use.

The Chief Medical Director of Rivers State Hospitals Management Board, Dr Bright Ogbondah, tell Correspondent Martha Okere say dem don put solar light for the hospital, plus other ways wey dem dey use get light.

He explain say because rain dey fall plenty for this period, sun no dey come out well to charge the inverters full.

He also deny say hospital dey use well water, say the hospital get water supply and water dey available.
