For statement wey Director-General, Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye drop, she call the report “false and misleading,” talk say no official order reach dem to suspend their regulatory work.
She yarn say: “NAFDAC still dey do wetin law give us mandate to do, and we dey follow government policy. Our focus na public health, compliance, and transparency.”
The agency beg public, media, and industry people make dem dey rely only on correct information wey come from official government channel. Dem warn say fake gist fit cause confusion, spoil economy, or make people panic.
NAFDAC still assure say dem dey committed to protect public health, keep economy stable, and defend national interest.
