Shittu wey be former Senate President of Congress of NOUN Students (CONS) win the chair after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Returning Officer, Professor Hakeem Ijaya, tok say she use 7,521 votes take beat the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) person wey get 6,957 votes.
This win come make Shittu the youngest person to win State House of Assembly chair for inside the 2023 election. And the youngest woman to win election for inside we obodo Nigeria.
She also be graduate of Mass Communication National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), and when she dey school she be the first female senate president of the Congress of NOUN Students (CONS).
