One man wey dem identify as Amos Daniel don land for police hand after dem say e kill one woman wey people believe na him girlfriend, for one hotel wey dey Ayobo side for Lagos.
Di matter happen on Thursday evening. Dem talk say Daniel check enter di hotel around 5pm with him guys. Later one babe join dem for the room. Around 10pm, people for hotel begin hear strange noise from their room.
One guest wey gree talk with press, him name na Adio, say na him and some other people raise alarm give security. When dem open the door with spare key, dem see the babe don die inside blood.
Adio talk say:
"I check in on Wednesday, but that Thursday night, I hear one kind noise from the next room. I no fit hold myself, so I come out. Another person wey hear am don already call security. The man knock, nobody answer, so dem use spare key open. Na so we see the woman for ground, full everywhere with blood."
As dem discover the dead body, the hotel manager and staff begin shout, dey find the people wey follow check in. Two of them don escape but Daniel still dey hide inside compound.
One staff talk say, “We see say two people don disappear, but one still dey inside. Na so we begin search. We see am dey try run go gate, na there dem hold am.”
Dem talk say hotel staff beat Daniel well before police show. As dem dey beat am, Daniel confess say him and two of him friends plan kill the girl for ritual.
Report talk say the girl name na Endurance, and she be from Akwa Ibom State.
Lagos Police PRO, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirm the matter. He say the hotel manager report the case for Ayobo Police Station on Friday.
Him talk say,
“Di manager talk say Amos Daniel check in with some friends around 5pm. Around 8pm, as him dey fuel generator, he hear noise from Daniel room. When dem go check, dem see the woman don die with knife wound everywhere."
“Daniel and him people try run but dem catch Daniel. One dagger wey dem believe na wetin dem use do the bad thing fall from him body."
