MultiChoice Nigeria don announce say the 2025 season of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) go start on July 26, and this year grand prize na whopping N150 million – the biggest since the show start for 2006!
For press briefing wey happen on Wednesday, dem reveal say the show go start with double premiere on July 26 and 27. As usual, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu go return as the host.
Ebuka talk say since BBNaija begin, 197 housemates don enter the house across nine seasons, and the show don run for total of 709 days. So far, dem don share prize money of over N637 million to different winners.
Last year 2024, the season wey dem call ‘No Loose Guard’, housemates enter the house as pairs, but later dem separate and compete individually. Kellyrae win that season and collect N100 million, and na the first married person wey don ever win BBNaija.
For this 2025 season, BBNaija organisers bring back physical audition, wey dem do between May 16 and 18.
