Yusuf Buhari, pikin of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, don use him speech for Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting touch many Nigerians wey still dey mourn the former leader.
The meeting wey happen for Aso Rock on Wednesday, and wey President Bola Tinubu chair, gather many big government people as dem remember Buhari legacy and how him touch the life of many Nigerians.
Yusuf, wey talk with calm voice and plenty respect, thank President Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas, judiciary, army people, and ordinary Nigerians for the love and support since him papa fall sick and later die on Sunday, July 13.
“As my papa take fall sick reach the day wey he waka go meet Baba God, the love and support wey we see show say he no just be politician – many see am as friend and father,” Yusuf yarn.
He close him speech with prayer and final words: “Thank you, Daddy. Thank you, Mr. President. Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
The FEC meeting na part of the state burial honour wey the government give the late Buhari. Two days before, dem bury am for him hometown Daura, inside Katsina State, as President Tinubu and other big ogas show face for the burial.
