Di group explain say di trend dey happen mainly because crude oil price for international market dey continue to rise.
According to di statement, marketers now dey buy petrol around ₦1,250 per litre and diesel around ₦1,750 per litre.
All these cost dey directly affect wetin consumers go pay.
“As e be so, pump price of PMS fit dey between ₦1,450 and ₦1,700 per litre,” dem talk, dem add say diesel fit reach ₦2,000 per litre or even pass am.
PETROAN warn say dis situation go make life harder. “Dis development go surely worsen di economic hardship wey Nigerians dey face,” di statement talk, as dem note say transport fare and food price go still rise.
