Speaker Blessing Agbebaku tell him colleagues for Tuesday plenary say di video and other clips “don dey trend negatively for media,” and di lawmaker must show face for di House Ethics and Privileges Committee within one week. Di committee get two weeks to report back to di Assembly.
Agbebaku talk say di member must explain her behavior and why di House no suppose take action. E tell di chamber:
“Hon. Natasha Irobosa don get summons to appear before di Ethics and Privilege Committee because of her recent conduct wey dey trend online.
“Dis kain behavior dey drag di name of di House enter mud, and e dey important make members of di Assembly carry themselves well.
“This House get intelligent and educated people, but dem don dey drag us for mud for too long because of our colleague, Hon. Natasha. She don dey trend for social media and television for wrong reasons.
“This House get members wey sabi wetin dem dey do, but di attitude of our member don bring dis House to disrepute, and we no go gree.”
Di summons follow video clips from one recent Instagram Live wey show hot argument between di singer and Natasha, plus another clip wey show police arrest di singer for United Kingdom.
Di videos don cause plenty reactions from fans and social media people.
